The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant maintenance cost savings. Featuring a robust metal housing and completely sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 maintains exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time status monitoring. When predefined conditions are met, the transmitter will enter a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display will show an error (Err) and automatically analyze and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and
replacement processes, making them moreconvenient.
