The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. epitomizes cutting-edge engineering with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This innovative system amplifies sensor signals, leveraging a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into precise digital outputs. Subsequently, these signals undergo linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC with superimposed HART signals via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities offer direct full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signal outputs. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter configuration through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols is fully supported.

The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time self-monitoring. Should a fault occur, it switches to fault alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display shows 'Err', automatically diagnosing and indicating the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
