Our High Precision Intelligent Obsolute Pressure Transmitter boasts an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip. Its advanced anti-interference and lightning protection circuit design, combined with an isolated power supply and sensor signal, significantly enhance stability and resistance to interference. The transmitter achieves an impressive accuracy of up to 0.075%.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it features superior performance against electromagnetic interference, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions that provide real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and offering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD will display an 'Err' message, automatically diagnosing and indicating the faulty unit for straightforward maintenance, repair, and replacement.and effortless upkeep.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts are presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without readjustment.
