Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully-sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, it boasts excellent anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', diagnosing and displaying the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
