The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance guarantees the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems upon encountering defined events. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for re-calibration.
