The ZY8000 series achieves an outstanding basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an extraordinary accuracy rate of 99.9%, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components that withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 series can monitor its status in real time. Upon detecting a fault, it automatically enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will immediately show an 'Err' message, pinpointing the faulty unit for quick and straightforward maintenance, repairs, and replacement.
