The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it triggers an alert mode, outputting a warning electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display instantly shows an Err message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
