The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals to the system interlock and SIS safety system. When a fault is detected, the LCD display immediately shows an Err message, automatically pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit. This feature streamlines maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more straightforward and efficient.
