Valve Group Brief Introduction
The valve group is primarily used for starting, closing, pressure balancing, and discharging the input signal of differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. It boasts straightforward installation, maintenance, and online inspection of the instrument. The valve group can be divided into various functional groups.

It is categorized into 2-valve groups, 3-valve groups, and 5-valve groups based on function, and into P type
(Flat type), T type, H type, and Cylinder Stop Valve based on structure.
Integrated Valve Group
The integrated valve group involves assembling the transmitter and valve group at the factory, followed by comprehensive pressure and leakage testing. This process minimizes on-site installation steps and eliminates leakage issues related to transmitter installation.
Valve Group Features
· Safety Stop Pin
Equipped with a sturdy stainless steel pin to prevent detachment of the valve seat from the valve body.
· Valve Body Design
Featuring an integrated structure for superior strength and high reliability.
· Valve Seat Sealing
Ensures hard sealing between stainless steel components, providing safety and reliability.
· Valve Core
The valve core components feature a segmented structure, enhancing sealing performance, extending service life, and improving handle operation.
· Lubricating Grease
Imported grease is applied between the sealing washer and adjusting screw to minimize friction and optimize sealing performance.

The valve groups are controlled by stop valves, discharge valves, and balance valves. Despite varying functions, sizes, and markings, they share identical structural features.
