The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, boasting an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a highly efficient modular design. This state-of-the-art device amplifies the sensor's signal and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a precise digital format. Within the microprocessor, the signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections to ensure unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with an overlaid HART component via the D/A converter. For those equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF, the transmitter outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, and conveniently view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Furthermore, parameter setups can be conducted using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, and alarms can be displayed as warning or fault protection currents.
