The ZY8000 series boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it is designed to withstand severe chemical and mechanical conditions effortlessly. Additionally, it features exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the highest levels of stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions and provides real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of predefined anomalies, the transmitter will activate fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, identifies and displays the faulty component, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
