Installation:

This cutting-edge instrument boasts an all-metal structure combined with a visionary modular design. Its compact size ensures minimal pressure loss, while offering an impressive range ratio of 10:1.
Thanks to its ease of installation and maintenance, this flowmeter finds widespread applications across diverse industries, tackling complex and demanding environments with unparalleled efficiency.
It excels in the management and control of flow and processes involving small flow rates, low velocities, and challenging medium conditions, making it indispensable in rigorous settings.

For optimal performance, the precise installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial. Here are the essential installation considerations to ensure flawless operation:

(1) The flowmeter should always be installed vertically, allowing the measured fluid to flow from bottom to top. Maintain a straight pipe section equivalent to five times the instrument's diameter at both the inlet and outlet. Before installing, ensure newly installed pipelines are thoroughly flushed to prevent contamination.

(2) Position a valve upstream of the flowmeter, and place a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For smaller diameter instruments, an upstream filter is recommended. If the medium contains magnetic materials, introduce a magnetic filter prior to the flowmeter for optimal accuracy.

(3) To simplify maintenance and allow for seamless replacement, incorporate a bypass pipeline during the flowmeter's installation, ensuring uninterrupted flow during service.

(4) In cases where the measured medium is prone to impurities, ensure timely cleaning of pipes and the float to maintain functionality and precision.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter generally offers a measurement accuracy level of 1.5. For applications demanding higher precision, select an alternative to the metal tube rotor flowmeter.
