The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display instantly shows an 'Err' message, automatically pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacementprocedures.
