The ZY8000D boasts an exemplary basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, after ten years of continuous operation, it steadfastly maintains 99.9% accuracy, considerably reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, with its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, the ZY8000D guarantees exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. If a fault is detected, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault occurrence, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes and indicates the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
