The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a technological marvel, meticulously crafted with an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and seamlessly transformed into a digital signal using a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring exceptional accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault alerts, and operation modes on the clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering ultimate flexibility.

Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without recalibration.
