Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure is conveyed through remote
transmission devices
which then transmit the data to the transmitter
via oil-filled capillary.
It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it highly suitable for applications involving high temperatures (where the transmitter needs to be positioned away),
high viscosity, and environments prone to precipitate crystalline or corrosive media. This versatile product finds extensive use across industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure that the ZY8000 maintains unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it transitions into fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display immediately shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
