The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a foundational accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak precision of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers unparalleled stability and reliability.
Designed with an integrated diagnostic function, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, issuing an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err,' pinpointing and analyzing the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
