The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a modular design. This state-of-the-art device harnesses the power of its sensor to produce a signal, which is then amplified and converted into a digital format by a high-speed dual A/D converter. The resulting digital signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by a high-performance D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Critical data from the measuring unit and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users enjoy the convenience of adjusting parameters directly at the measurement site using the intuitive 3-button interface, with real-time access to measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be effortlessly achieved via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
