The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it excels under severe chemical and mechanical conditions. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the highest levels of stability and reliability. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sophisticated modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform into a digital signal. This digital signal is then meticulously corrected for linearity and temperature by the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the signal is adeptly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication through the D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide direct output with full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the site using the three adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Furthermore, parameter setup can be achieved seamlessly through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
