The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the ultimate precision reaching 0.075% FS. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical challenges. The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter activates an alert mode, signaling with an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and coordinating with system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a malfunction, the LCD screen automatically displays an 'Err' message, pinpointing and analyzing the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
