The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting defined anomaly events, the transmitter transitions into fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is identified, the LCD display automatically shows an error code (Err), pinpointing the issue and simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
