The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its operational status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing critical control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD promptly displays an error message (Err), automatically identifying and pinpointing the malfunctioning unit. This feature greatly simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, ensuring quick and efficient service.
