Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands harsh chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. In the event of an anomaly, it enters fault alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and pinpoints the faulty unit, greatly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
