Perfect for managing flow and process control of small flow rates and low velocities, it thrives under challenging medium conditions.

For seamless and optimal operation, the correct installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is vital. Consider the following installation guidelines:

(1) Ensure vertical installation with fluid flow directed from bottom to top. Maintain a straight pipe length of five times the instrument's diameter at both entry and exit points. For new setups, ensure thorough pipeline flushing prior to flowmeter installation.

(2) Position a valve upstream and a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For smaller diameters, place a filter upstream. Should magnetic materials be present in the medium, install a magnetic filter ahead of the flowmeter.

(3) Enhance maintenance efficiency by connecting a bypass pipeline during instrument installation, allowing for easy flowmeter servicing or replacement.

(4) In the event of a dirty medium, promptly clean both pipes and float to maintain optimal operation.

(5) With a general measurement accuracy level of 1.5, if your application demands greater precision, consider alternatives to the metal tube rotor flowmeter.
