Installation:

The metal rotor flowmeter is a cutting-edge variable area flow measurement instrument renowned for its precision in gauging float position.

Harnessing an all-metal structural design paired with a modular approach, it boasts a compact form factor, minimal pressure loss, and an impressive range ratio reaching up to 10:1.
Its seamless installation and maintenance have cemented its place across a multitude of industries, thriving even in challenging and rigorous conditions.
This dynamic flowmeter excels in managing small flow rates and low velocities, adeptly handling a diverse array of stringent medium conditions for precise flow and process control.

For optimal operation, meticulous installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial. Key installation considerations include:

(1) Ensure vertical installation, directing the fluid upwards through the meter. Maintain a straight pipe section that is five times the instrument's diameter at both the inlet and outlet. Pre-installation, new pipelines must be thoroughly flushed.

(2) Install a valve upstream, with a flow control valve located 5 to 10 times the instrument's diameter downstream. For smaller diameters, an upstream filter is recommended. If the medium contains magnetic materials, a pre-flowmeter magnetic filter is essential.

(3) Integrate a bypass pipeline during installation to simplify the maintenance and replacement processes for the flowmeter.

(4) In cases where the measured medium is prone to dirt accumulation, ensure timely cleaning of pipes and float for sustained performance.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter's measurement accuracy stands at a standard level of 1.5. For applications requiring greater precision, selecting an alternative to the metal tube rotor flowmeter is recommended.
