The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses the power of cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors coupled with a state-of-the-art modular design. The sensor-generated signal is meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This signal undergoes thorough linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is deftly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. For models featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they deliver crisp, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly fine-tune parameters onsite through three accessible adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the intuitive LCD display.
