Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure is accurately gauged through remote
transmission
devices and then transmitted to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary.
Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), it is ideal for environments requiring the transmitter to be positioned at a distance due to high temperatures,
high viscosity, or the presence of easily precipitating, crystalline, or corrosive media. This versatile transmitter is extensively used across a range of industries, including petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic capabilities, constantly monitoring its own status in real-time. Upon detecting defined fault conditions, it activates a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents of 3.6mA or 22.8mA, and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is identified, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process, ensuring unparalleled convenience.
