The ZY8000 series offers an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability, making the ZY8000 a top choice for demanding environments.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This transmitter utilizes an amplified signal from the sensor, which is further refined by a high-speed dual A/D converter to produce precise digital signals. The microprocessor then performs linear and temperature corrections to ensure the highest accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with the HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For those using PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals directly. The transmitter's measuring data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site with three adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function capable of real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting anomalies, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This advanced diagnostic feature makes system management more efficient and user-friendly.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are expressed either as warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for re-calibration.
