The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, designed by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., harnesses cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. This advanced sensor generates a signal that undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, accessing measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the smart LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with potential to reach 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an accuracy rate of 99.9%, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detection of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs a fault current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be remotely initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are indicated through either warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. Should an electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty component can be directly replaced onsite without the need for recalibration.
