The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifies the faulty unit, and provides detailed analysis, greatly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
