It boasts an all-metal structure coupled with a versatile modular design concept. Thanks to its compact size, minimal pressure loss, and an impressive range ratio of 10:1,
along with straightforward installation and maintenance, this flowmeter finds its extensive application in numerous industries, adeptly performing even in the most complex and challenging environments.
It excels in managing flow and process control for small flow rates, low velocities, and a variety of demanding medium conditions.

Ensuring the proper installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial to guarantee its optimal and reliable operation. Key considerations for installation include:

(1) The flowmeter must be installed vertically, ensuring the fluid flows upward from bottom to top through the device. Provide a straight pipe section of five times the instrument diameter at both inlet and outlet ends. For newly laid pipelines, ensure they are meticulously flushed before flowmeter installation.

(2) Install a valve upstream of the flowmeter and a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For small diameter instruments, place a filter upstream. If the fluid contains magnetic materials, position a magnetic filter before the flowmeter.

(3) To simplify maintenance and replacement, incorporate a bypass pipeline during instrument installation.

(4) If the medium being measured is particularly dirty, it's essential to clean the pipes and float regularly to ensure accuracy and longevity.

(5) The measurement accuracy of the metal rotor flowmeter typically stands at 1.5. For applications requiring higher precision, it is advisable to consider alternatives to the metal tube rotor flowmeter.
