The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. boasts cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and is processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter to convert it into a digital signal. This signal is then calibrated for linearity and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision and reliability.
For the transmitters featuring HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output superimposed with a HART signal through a D/A converter. For those equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site with three intuitive adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be set via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents, and the system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. If an electronic unit or measuring element sustains damage, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
