The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time monitoring of its status. When predefined fault conditions are met, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and supplies control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows Err, identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.This makes the instrument moreconvenient and user-friendly.
