Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
This advanced device measures the
pressure accurately through remote
transmission systems
and then transmits the data to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary for precise readings.
Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressures (D/P), it is ideal for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed at a distance),
as well as high viscosity, easily precipitating crystalline, or corrosive media. It finds extensive applications in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Capillary Pressure Transmitter is designed with exceptional accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
