The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its peak. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen will automatically display an error (Err) message and identify the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
This diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The alarm can be displayed as a warning or fault protection current. The system automatically diagnoses the running statuses of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element incur damage, the faulty component can be replaced onsite without the need for recalibration.
