The ZY8000 transmitter comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, capable of real-time self-monitoring. Upon encountering predefined fault conditions, it promptly switches to fault alert mode, emitting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and activating control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The intelligent LCD display immediately shows an Err message, automatically diagnosing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
