The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases unparalleled precision with its state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design. This elite transmitter converts sensor signals into digital output using a sophisticated high-speed dual A/D converter, ensuring accurate linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For the HART protocol-equipped transmitters, the signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data via the D/A converter. For models supporting PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, enjoy direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface and view real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the vibrant LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure that the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000's integrated diagnostic function can monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter will activate fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detection of a fault, the LCD display will automatically show an error message, analyze, and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement procedures.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
