The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy rate, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can effortlessly withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses while offering exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting any anomalies, it enters fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and the SIS safety system. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' instantly analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, and alarms can be indicated as warning or fault protection currents. It enables automatic diagnostics of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
