Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 is designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior performance against electromagnetic interference ensures the transmitter's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, offering real-time monitoring of its operational status. When predefined events are exceeded, the transmitter will enter a fault alert mode, issuing alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, diagnosing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
