Additionally, its formidable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. When predefined threshold events are exceeded, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifying and displaying the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.conveniently..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
