The ZY8000 boasts an integrated diagnostic function for real-time status monitoring. Upon encountering predefined fault conditions, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing critical control signals for system interlock and SIS safety system integration. Faults are promptly displayed on the LCD screen as 'Err,' with automatic analysis identifying the faulty unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, enhancing convenience and operational efficiency.
