The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting defined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD displays an Err message, automatically diagnosing and indicating the faulty component. This self-diagnostic capability simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, ensuring seamless operation.
