The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (highest 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, making it resilient to extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifying and displaying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without re-adjustment.
