The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a meticulously designed modular architecture. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a precise digital format. Subsequently, the microprocessor conducts linear and temperature corrections to ensure unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is masterfully converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with HART communication through a D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the output is entirely digital, generating full-scale PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Each measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, and the LCD display provides clear readings of measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes.
