The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, with its basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS), maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostics, enabling real-time status monitoring. In case of exceeding predefined conditions, the transmitter triggers fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.conveniently.
Diagnostics can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Damaged electronic units or measuring elements can be directly replaced on-site without requiring readjustments.
