Our high precision transmitter is engineered to deliver exceptional pressure measurement accuracy for gases,liquids, and various other mediums. The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring both high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In case of predefined fault events, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more efficient andconvenient.
