The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its highest). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant cost savings on maintenance. Encased in a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional resistance to electromagnetic interference, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions for real-time status monitoring. In the event of predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process for the instrument.making it more simple andconvenient.
