The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter offers 0.1% FS accuracy (with a highest accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads with ease. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time status monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after a defined number of events. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of sensors, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
