For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA~20mA DC signal with a superimposed HART component via a D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and Foundation Fieldbus (FF) technologies provide direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signals. The intelligent design incorporates dual EEPROMs to store critical measurement data and functional parameters. Equipped with a sophisticated diagnostic function, the ZY8000 continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined event anomalies, it enters fault alert mode, emitting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is identified, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.procedures.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms signaled through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software running statuses. Should any electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
