The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of predefined anomalies, it activates a fault alert mode by outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifying and analyzing the malfunctioning unit. This feature significantly simplifies the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
